It’s posted to you once you have been elected and your subscription fees have been paid. Alternatively you can arrange to collect it from the office in Hatfield Street.

Cape Town Section huts must be booked and paid for ahead of your visit. Check the relevant Hut’s Calendar, then email firstname.lastname@example.org or call the office to confirm availability. You’ll receive a booking confirmation email once your payment reflects in the Club’s account. Carry the confirmation with you on your visit.

Yes, you may take two guests per member for an overnight visit, or four per member for a day visit.
No. Dogs are not allowed on any MCSA properties.
Yes, but you still have to book and pre-pay the hut fees.
By EFT, with proof of payment emailed to the relevant person or Section.
For Cape Town Section huts, you can also pay at the Clubhouse office.
Toilet paper can be buried if you carry a trowel and dig a proper hole – do not burn it and risk a fire! Otherwise bring plastic bags and carry everything out with you.
No. On production of a valid membership card, members may however pass directly through the garden via the Rycroft Gate (top gate) for access to the mountain. Check the TM via Kirstenbosch page for more information.
